Through services such as car repair assistance, access to the clothing closet, bus pass programs, community resource navigation, and emergency assistance access, Ignite helps employees overcome barriers and stay on the path to success.
Shift
The Shift program, is designed to empower employees through education and resources that foster personal and professional growth. Offering financial literacy lunch and learns, legal assistance access, felony expungement assistance, Friend of the Court navigation support, “Getting Ahead at Work” training, and health and wellness lunch and learns, Shift provides the tools employees need to navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and build a brighter future.
Launch
The Launch program, is an intensive 8-week professional development training cohort designed for NorthGate’s high-potential team members. This comprehensive training equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in leadership roles within NorthGate and beyond, preparing them for the next step in their careers.
